The best oil you can get for your Honda 750 is Amsoil 0W-40 formula 4-stroke, do NOT listen to what anyone else tells you, best oil for your bike hands down. I used to think oil pressure from thick 20W-50 and the general thickness of the oil was better to keep temps down.

In many cases a 15w.. oil has thicker base oils and less viscosity improver (which can degenerate), thus better longevity in harsh condition, and they can take more beating.
2002 Shadow VT750 stuck oil drain bolt. ive just recently begun tinkering around with my shadow which i purchased and was looking to perform an oil change. I managed to remove the oil filter after using some elbow grease. The filter was installed very tight so when i have removed it with my oil wrench its actually damaged the casing.
