Half Life Alyx Headset Stutter/Lag Recently bought an Oculus Quest 2 and HL:A, was excited to get it going then noticied the terrible performance in the headset. Looked over to my computer and the game is running fine, no lag or FPS issues but I have very bad stutter and spikes in the headset.

Laptop specs: ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 14" Gaming Laptop - Grey (AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS/1TB SSD/16GB RAM/RTX 3060/Win 10) So as my title says, I’m playing alyx and there’s a constant lag.
